Devara just fell short of expectations, and I found it boring overall. While I didn't expect a groundbreaking story, I hoped for something at least decent. A few scenes in the first half were engaging, but the portrayal of female characters was unacceptable. They were reduced to mere objects with no meaningful role. Filmmakers really need to stop this trend of sidelining female lead characters. The only good part about the film were some fight scenes which was well-executed, and the Fear song was a good one from Anirudh, but even those became repetitive with constant action sequences every few minutes.
