I love and record every show! I just want to tell you that I made GZ’s summer grilling everything. I made the butter rub chicken on the grill. I placed the cast iron skillet below the chicken with potatoes onions and summer squash and zucchini!! It was as delicious as stated!! All the juice from the chicken cooked AND crisped the potatoes perfectly!!! I purchased the 4 bricks and used a cookie cooling rack! I will make this many times. Geoffrey keep making your cocktails!
