My wife and I frequently watch Varney&Co and find the information to be up-to-date and useful to understand what is going on in the business world. But I take strong objection to his comment Thursday morning (Dec. 13) about what the police are doing to catch those who are stealing packages delivered to homes. Does the media not remember the phrase during the 2nd WW: LOOSE LIPS SINK SHIPS Why tell the enemy what we are going to do and where and how. The entire news media is so caught up in giving the smallest bit of information so they can get one up on the other and at the same time, aiding and abetting the criminals in our world. . .
