Interesting concept, but a concept isn't enough to make a good movie - it's only enough to make the first 15 to 20 minutes watchable. And then it goes down a slow drain. Almost every line in the movie (not by 1 character, but by all of them) is delivered in monotone. The characters are so flat they are unintersting. The soundtrack is redundant and awful. And before you even get to the middle of the movie you realize nothing will come along and surprise you... or wake you back up. And the ending is just ridiculous. Whether he does it or not, he is defeated, the dystopia wins, and there is no point to the movie other than to say people are sheeple. Dont bother with this one.
