Totally predictable. Nice character turns his back on bogus meter reader. Who kills him with a plastic bag around the head and then takes a chainsaw out of his backpack, turns the music up and starts cutting. The series was released in 2019. Even then all in this opening is a borrowed cliche. Which is fine if you like that kind of predictability, or haven't watched anything in 10-years.

Great to watch how the French police slap witnesses and suspects around. They can do anything in this French TV series and we cannot assess its veracity from the UK. So it is all believable, wonderfully written and directed.

Wonderful man, wonderful books.
