I have loved both of the actors for sometime now. The king was great in “Oh I my Ghost, and I really loved our heroine from “The Stolen Smells. She has always been a strong character and has quite a presence to her. Before she left for Qing , the king told her to not let the emperor get her fired up, because the fire in her eyes would attract him to her. I know the exact look he is talking about and have seen her get fired up in other shows. That’s probably the main reason why I love her as an actress, because she is so strong. I will say the end left some things up in the air. Like, who will be his queen? I don’t understand why the daughter of his master can’t be the queen, especially because she has an understanding that the nephew is to become the next emperor, and would be OK with that, even if they had a child. What does he mean in the end when he says I will spend every day with you? How is that going to happen? Will she be his mistress hidden off in a corner somewhere or will she have to go away if she gets pregnant and have the child be raised by someone else? As a matter of fact, when she was gone for nine months and then came back in secret I was wondering if she was going to go live in secret with their child and raise the child without the king knowing? I also was wondering if they did have a child if she would have to be his secret hidden mistress ? I mean,I assume it’s considered a happy ending if they are together right? But how can they be together? That is the question.
