First and foremost, I am a huge fan of Alex G, and she is the reason I started this series. Honestly, I'd watch her read a phonebook... in my mind she's the greatest star to come out of the Food Network in years... perhaps ever. That said, this show is a complete miss and I only wish I could give it less than 1 star. It seems the judges have no problem judging but want no responsibility actually sending people home. Instead, they rely on contestants to vote each other out. Therefore, when given the chance they vote out the best chefs and the winner is clearly not going to be the best chef/cook and in my opinion doesn't deserve what is an incredible prize and opportunity. With Corey and Preston gone... who even cares at this point who wins since the 2 best chefs have been sent packing. Corey should never have been eliminated and the fact that Preston gets eliminated for someone else's gnocchi is ridiculous. No need to watch the finale. Imagine watching The Great British Baking Show where the contestants eliminate each other, and the winner winds up being the worst baker in the tent. Ridiculous. That is how this show is structured. But I still love Alex!
