Having watched series 1, and currently on series 2, it would be a good idea if they had a consultant chef on the roster. This would help iron out the glitches, like using the correct colour of chopping board, it takes the authenticy away from actual chefs who watch it and makes it look less professional. For gods sake even just google it!!!
