Overall not to bad , some scenes could of been either changed or cut like the car chase at between DEA. Death of Monster was a bit stupid, and guy getting sniped in the cafe, if i was aware it was going to happen so would seasoned cops.
Not Arnies best, but more let down by the directors and editors.
