The largley comidic film of Borat, came out with their second movie. While the film had a few laughs here and there, it was overall underwhelming and quite dissapointing. However, who doesn't love to see Rudy Giuliani at his best... trying to sleep with a 15 year old girl. The plot of the story was very mixed and seemed as if the writters couldn't set their minds on one story.
