Bird Lover – Google

I am not the greatest lover of sci-fi movies, but what a gem and joy this drama series was to watch. I said to my OH it was excellent, and I could see the interest coming my way when he asked lots of questions about characters and plots as they arise while I watched and he looked on. I was hooked by the story because it split into lots of interconnected wheelings, and dealings between youngsters and adults alike. The gradual build up of each character as they formed and became the people they are. All with with their quirks and ways of dealing with life issues which where based on reality, fantasy, and our complex modern world coming together Without the bouts of violence it would have be a great family movie to suit all ages but in this case it is not suitable. it is perfect the way it is produced to the viewing public no airs and graces attached. The monsters are well created and some of the best looking ones I have seen - the flying bat/birds gave me nightmares. The Russian aspect was well portrayed and the humour well received considering the different cultures shown. I am a 64 year sci-fi in a single nerdy way in the making, and proud to say this here. Why not...

A strange arrangement of 'Carrie''Stephen King' brought to another level of possession and sexual discovery. Found the beginning of the film easy to follow then it got all confused with too much back music and flash backs. Simply lost track of the story from when Gracie was at university and started to befriend her uni friends where did they go into the mix of things - they seemed to be the forgotten souls. The film progressed far to quickly and to be honest I felt a bit lost here Needed some more character building in more ways than one I will give this film 2 stars

Sky has just set us up with Netflix and I am enjoying all the spooky films in this area. Just found this gem of a film tonight. My thoughts about this film is that it is honest and open that moving to England from another country is not always a bed of roses as many seen to think. The main two leading characters are true to their acting experience, very natural and confident in their roles. The added creepy feeling of creatures in the walls is an unusual take of the film as it progresses in the fear factor. Lots of strange voices, noises and things that go bump in the night I would recommend this to anyone who wants a more unusual take of a difficult life from someone else's experiences of moving to the United Kingdom. A must see for anyone from any background.

I love Dr Jeff and I admire his whole work ethos he has towards animals domestic or otherwise. He use much of his time to help less well off peopleto be able to own their animals less the vet bills. The only downside for me on S4, EP21 is the lady and her non right to own 2 zebras. To me this is not right considering the threat of this species time the USA banned to ownership of all exotic wildlife for once and for all. Took 1 point off for the zebras. So not right at all
