Not your typical fast-paced end of world movie, but definitely edge of seat.
Watched it when it first came out, loved it for its achingly tender humanity, then rewatched recently because there's nothing like a real life pandemic to bring out a thirst for end of world flicks. It was all the more powerful with the second watch, in part because it is so eerily spot on to today's situation.
As a obsessive end of world aficionado, I can say this is by far one of the best of the genre.
