As much as I wanted to love this movie with Leo & Scorsese being the best cinema has to offer. This movie was slow, along with the acting and the delivery of the lines from all the cast was weak. There was a “beat” to every word they spoken. What was Scorsese doing? All his films are fast paced and harsh direct lines coming from his actors. Killers/Moon doesn’t feel, look, and plays out like other Scorsese films. It’s not a bad film, I like watching it but mainly, I feel they played down the villain roles of Leo & DeNiro. Where it would have been more entertaining for me if they were more hands on to the villain role than second hand and having others do they’re deeds. I have seen it 5 times now and it’s really missing that old Scorsese mojo like in Casino and Wolf of Wall Street delivery.

It’s so worth the watch, an true take on 80s slasher films. Instead of the storyline at a remote location away from cell phones and the internet. Eli Roth incorporates today’s Technology into the story, and the genre is still as good as it was in the 80s.

The Holdovers is so wonderful and touching, with fresh new faces that draws you to love them. An amazing lead actor Paul Goamatti carrying the film that’s doesn’t let you down every second he’s on screen till the movie ends.

**Saltburn** a must watch! I have to give a shout out and say it's really been a long time for a movie to stay in my head like "Saltburn" has. It's one of those movies that takes you on a rollercoaster and hits how "The Crying Game" did. It has a badass cast and directed by Emerald Fennell, now she was robbed for an Oscar nobb for this incredible film. Below I left a link to it's trailer. At first watch it’s going to feel this 3rd installment goes in a totally different path. You have to give the writers and director credit for not being repetitive. If you go back and watch all three Halloween’s they’re all stand a lone movies and the director gives us a new experience in them. Halloween Ends feels like a departure and misleading but it has more depth and content than the first two. Give it a second or even a third and you’ll see it better.
