A fabulous book that must have been extremely hard to write—and harder to live through. Glenn Head produces a masterpiece in autobiographical comics with Chartwell Manor, a painful memoir of his horrific experience as a young student at a truly awful Hell hole of a school run by a sadistic pedophile. I am in awe of the courage and skills he shows in this book. This is not a happy book but it is an honest and courageous one. Well done, sir. I’m sorry this happened to you.
