Absolutely disgraceful of Charlie stayt and Naga munchetty arguing about a subject they know nothing about. Quite clearly not knowing anything about licencing of public houses and just wanting to blame the government for allowing people to break the law, pathetic and typical self righteous BBC. I had a pub that held a licence from 10 am along with thousands others I know, wetherspoons hold licences from 9am. Most licencing officers and police are sensible enough to know that pubs opening at 10am will not be an issue. Get a grip for God's sake and authorities will use their discretion to control it. Too many do gooders these day.
