Loved this series of 3 programmes about Mr Mammoth.....just a great throwback to the 70s and how things have changed since then....Mike Bubbins is a comedian that will grow and grow....

Let's just say Joe Cole is nowhere near as cool as Mr. Caine. Also the narrative now includes way too much female whathaveyou!

A superbly acted and poignant dramatisation of a real-life serial killer police investigation in a location with an unique personality. Moving often between the early 70s and late 90s is something you get used to quite quickly, and I just had to binge watch the whole thing on the IPlayer....Highly recommended if you like gritty drama and forensic policing involving a cutting edge process called familial DNA profiling..
