I particularly like this book because it is divided into seasons. I'm in my 60's and live in Sydney, Aust. I started using books by Stephan Domenig and Heinz Erlacher in 2017 to lose weight. The side effect of the diet was I discovered the aches and pains I had become accustomed to living with had also disappeared. I started with the Juices & Smoothies book doing the 7 day cleanse then moved on to this book The Alkaline Cookbook for meal ideas. The seasonal organisation of the book is very useful.
