I found it a genius idea to create a post-apocalyptic scenario where they have to remain silent or they'll be hunted. Now I see that as horror that will leave the audience biting their nails. When the youngest son was take by the monster that was a real punch in the gut on not just the family in the movie but the audience as well. It's truly terrifying to remain silent and ensure the safety of the family with monsters running about. Great movie!
