I have never written a review for a movie before, may be I was waiting to watch the perfect movie to write one. But like they usually say,’Man proposes and God disposes’ and here I am writing a review for one of the worst movies I have ever seen. This movie is a perfect example of why you should not trust IMDB ratings. I saw that it was rated 8 and took the risk of watching this flick and trust me, now am not sure if they rated 8 out of 10 or 100. Man in his lowest times take strange decisions but trust me even in your lowest point, please don’t watch this movie. You are gonna waste 2 hours of your life which you never are gonna get back. With all due respect to the crew, I just could not put my finger on what is worse? Acting ? Direction ? Screenplay ? Dialogue? Songs ? or my decision to watch this movie. I rest my case🙏 Note: The guys who rated it four and above all mentions a common point,’Heroins’. Even after the entire movie you will not be able to distinguish between the 4 female characters because throughout the movie less of their face is shown and more of their bodies. Wanna be’s think it’s a cool movie because of the excessive use of English in Telugu accent, scenes of people taking drugs, use of the explicit-eves like F&$@, Women in micro minis partying etc.

Don't waste your time This movie is clearly with an agenda. The movie shows that a Girl from a Brahmin community (Which follows strict Vegetarian lifestyle) starts eating Chicken to become a Chef. Does eating meat a necessity to become Chef.? People will say this is orthodox to not eat meat. The biggest problem of the movie is the film makes it cool to have meat. And for this they roped in actress like Nayantara to send this message that eating Veg is orthodox and eating meat is cool. Now the plot goes like, the Brahmin girl wants to become No.1 Chef of INDIA and for that the Chef Curriculam mandates preparation of Non Veg dishes. She first prepares Non Veg food and then slowly start eating Non Veg food. This is also happens in real life too, the Movies like this drives the message that eating Veg is old fashioned, illlogical and orthodix and sadly we have youth who blindly follows these so called celebrities. So tomorrow the producer will make sequel to this Movie Annapoorni 2. Here, Annaporni after becoming the India No.1 Chef now dream of becoming World No 1 Chef so she starts eating Beef and Pork and then becomes World no1 Chef. Do you really need to eat / cook Non veg to be Chef? Indias most celeberated Chef Tarla Dalal (on whom there is movie also made) was a pure Veg. Then why this wrong message?

It is always great to see small films coming out and making the best of the limited resources that they have in hand. And this week, we have the small film Parole which has just hit the screens, and it is really an impressive film that gives us the moments that we expect in such films. Karikalan (Linga) is the dangerous elder brother who has already got an expertise in killing people for money and going to jail for it. On the other hand, the Kovalan (Karthik PK) is someone who has a lighter life, struggling as a plumber. In an unforeseen even when their mother passes away, Kovalan is forced to push ahead and bring his elder brother out on parole, to perform the final rites. What follows is an interesting series of incidents that keeps us pinned with North Madras backdrop playing a part as well.
