I am xianxia drama lover. To me this drama will be next to Eternal Love in my heart. They took 2 years of preparation before shooting this drama. So each scene is carefully crafted. The costume, scenery, casting and songs all are up to par. To me, Xiao Zhan really shined and Ren Min although very young she acted very well. She might not be the most beautiful among the female actresses but her acting skill matched her role. The drama has slower pace initially but gradually build up and end beautifully. I love the fighting scenes. Romance is subtly shown and to me in xian xia drama no need to show passionate kissing. This is not modern drama. More importantly is the interaction between ML and FL and the slow process of falling in love. That is way more romantic. Overall this is a very beautiful drama. I will watch again and again.
