Those who say "there was or is no plot" obviously missed the point of the entire film. The plot is Infidelity. How simple it is to deny your values to succumb to your primal sexual nature when tempted and forced. It deals with a family man secluded by his loyalty to his wife. The antagonists were mentally deviants that thrived on victimizing a family man by raping him. When men are raped no one sees them as victims. The movie challenges how men are not looked at as victims.
