These books brought reading bedtime stories back to a family with a 10 and 12 yr old. They actually remind me it's time to find out what happens next to Casey, believe it or not. We spend as much time talking about the story as reading it! What will happen next? Wow, I can't believe that happened, that reminds of something that happened last week though...
To me, that is pure Gold! Something that they enjoy doing as a family. A book that sparks imagination and to top it off also triggers conversations about subjects in their lives they might not have discussed.
Honestly, buy the series. You will want them all.
