To start off, loved the acting by both the male leads but would have preferred the female lead different...Second female lead was better. Story as such is good as a medical drama and ethics issues...
***SPOILER***
My biggest peeve is the everyone falling in the river and surviving. 3 characters fell in the river a total of 4 times after being SHOT... and all of them SURVIVED. Why the villain dies on the bridge, I didn't understand.
The main villain, the guy playing the Prime Minister, Chun Ho-jin is fabulous and you genuinely hate that guy. So great job by him. He emoted more than the female lead.
Female lead, Jin Se-Yeon's character was boring, just seemed like a catalyst to take things forward and her story line made no sense... She was in the camp but was saved by Cha Jin-Su, but he doesn't know she was Hae-Jin... Chang-I's mother saw Hae-Jin die, then when how did she survive?
How do the female doctors wear heels in the OT even discounting that they wear those doing their rounds... How come during the final PM operation, the entire surgery is managed by just one surgeon and one anesthetist and the rest of the time they need at least 5 people in the OT?
Many many more questions about the realistic nature of the show.
LJS definitely does a good job but his character does seem to lead on Oh Su-Hyeon... very annoying... I actually wanted Hae-jin to die in a typical hindi movie style so Park Hun and OH Su-hyeon get together...
As the end of the series neared, the show just kept getting bizarre and had me looking at the episode numbers and run time waiting for it to end.
