I loved the writing. I loved the thriller-aspect. I even loved the characters (zany and normal). What I struggled with is how the novel left me feeling uncertain in my own mind about what was happening. That’s probably a me-thing, in how I reflect and analyze plots. I was left deeply “troubled” after the last page. Clearly this novel is a must-read.
