The room was nice and big. AC blew nice and cold. But the TV did not work for half our trip (maintenance issues) WIFI did not work one day. 🤷‍♀️ The elevator would not stop on our floor we had to take the stairs lucky we were going down. The adult pool was nice had great tv's to watch while we lay out. But over all we were disappointed in quite a few thing for having to pay a $400 resort fee. You may want to think about staying somewhere else. Especially since this is a 4 star hotel, we expect better.
