This show caught and kept my interest but it was hard to NOT see the typicality on the surface of it. Another wannabe realistic story about a white girl being carried through life on the back of her privilege. That other comment about this being a realistic depiction of being in America in the early 2000’s, is highly mistaken. The show wasn’t terrible but it could’ve done so much better.
