I do not understand why the show has to be compared to the movie. It has been 34 years. I am really enjoying this TV show. I love the special effects, scenery, humor and the awesome music. I do not like the casting choices for Madmartigan's offspring but I'll get over it. Most of all I love that Warwick Davis reprised the role of Willow. Be grateful he did and enjoy the show because Hollywood usually ruins everything.
