I got real good and drunk before watching this movie, but even that didnt spare me from horrible CGI and bad writing, even while s***faced i knew what i was watching was terrible. I will compromise on saying Jake's perfomance was enjoyable and so was McGregor's (less so) but overall I still prefer the Swayze version. No CGI and oddly enough better writing.
