7 minutes into the first episode, I'm confused & disappointed. That fake laugh track makes it tough to focus on the dialogue. Who's done that on shows since the late '90s? They show 1 Hispanic guy with an almost comical accent, smoking pot, and 1 white guy playing a dorky police officer. Later, Jamie crosses the line dressing, dancing with a hired Mexican band. Way weird & culturally inappropriate. Jamie can do better.

I agree with others that it was a very intense movie. The f word is used 1500 times more than any other word in the movie. I'm glad I saw it based on reviews, but I wouldn't push my friends to rush out and see it, personally. A tough flick to watch, especially during the Christmas season. Certainly not upbeat.
