It was almost a completely different movie from the 2017 release. If this was Zach Snyder’s true vision for the movie, it makes sense that the 2017 version was such a convoluted mess. This is the version we should’ve gotten, possibly released in two parts. The studio really did the fans and the stars dirty by forcing the 2017 plot on us.
