I have never written a film view before. Saw it in the cinema with my daughter. I noticed she was looking at her phone a lot. The sound/music was so loud with many rising thumping peaks that were so deafening I had to put my hands over my ears. After about 2 hours I found myself looking at my watch, thinking surely there must be some improvement towards the end, but it just got worse. There were only 2 actors names I knew of. The lead Paul I had never heard of. When we left the cinema my daughter told me she was going to suggest she would wait for me in the car, if she had said this to me at the time I would have walked out with her, but she stayed for me. I have only ever walked out from a film twice before. The lighting was gloomy, the dialogue mumbled, almost inaudible with the bombastic overbearing sound/music ? One of the worst films I have ever seen, Makes the first film by David Lynch which I saw at the cinema look an absolute masterpiece.
