Starts off by portraying Whitney as a lesbian. While there were/are rumors that Whitney was a closet lesbian, her mother denied the allegations. Yet, here we have Hollywood making sexual preference the forefront of a film that has, or at least should have, no relevance or reference to sexual preference. I wanna watch a movie about Whitney that is based on fact and not on supposition or lies made without actual evidence. The way Hollywood is headed, it won't be too long before all movies include something about the sexual preferences of the main character... even when not relevant to the story being told. Let's be clear, I don't care if someone is a lesbian or gay, I don't care if it is portrayed in a movie, such as The Imitation Game, but to re-write history based on rumors, regardless of fact, annoys me.
