If only every show could be made with the care and passion this one was. This series is a tasteful adaptation of a well loved vampire classic that explores the (first) book’s themes within new situational context and the story ends up being stronger as a result. It’s been amazing to watch a story that I’ve loved for years unfold and still not be sure what’s going to happen because I can tell this series isn’t going to be afraid to take risks. Writers lovingly peppered in Easter eggs for book readers and the cast just absolutely killed their roles. I can’t wait to see how they adapt the rest of the books in the Vampire Chronicles

This is without a doubt one of my favourite MCU films. I love all of the characters, it had beautiful shots throughout and the actors just worked so well together. It honestly makes me angry that this movie has gotten such negative reviews. Yes it’s not your typical MCU film but that’s what makes it so good- getting away from the marvel formula isn’t a bad thing (and that’s coming from a longtime MCU fan). If Marvel was willing to take future films in this direction I would be all for it. Eternals had a great variety of characters and leads. Honestly I saw this film opening night and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since.
