The writing is incredible, and the characters are well-rounded and established. The interaction between them is solid, and the deeper nuances that are revealed from each character are like opening holiday gifts. The fact that this show doesn't sugar coat the conflicts is ingenious, and that situations are not 'solved in 30 minutes' like a typical sitcom does (of which, this is most definitely not a weekly sitcom).
