This kind of film should be 5 stars. There's no other movie like this. Some people are just to perfectionist to give this film a perfect score. Please learn to appreciate.
When I watched this film I remembered A.I. (2001), it's really way ahead of time. The book it was based on was last 1980's. I also remembered Akira, then I read on wikipedia that one of the film's inspirations was Akira.
The heroine's move on the final part was too risky. It caused most of the missiles to launch but he was able to destroy the nomad and disable the missiles. It's understandable that some of the missiles were able to reach it targets for additional excitement.
The final scene was like independence day.
