Sadly, would not recommend this company. Workers were amazing. They went above and beyond to make up for their horrible customer service and practices. Corporate miscalculated our move and after they showed up, we had to hussle to get another truck in order to effectuate our move. Bryan, of their Richmond office was cocky, arrogant and dismissive. His only interest was not service but the $$$$. Will never use them again and would recommend you don’t either. There are much better, reliable, customer service based companies out there. Caballero Barrett, the coordinator who miscalculated my move, was great while trying to get the job ... then when the problem came ... he was nowhere to be found nor did I hear back from him. Hopeful, they will contact me and make this horrible nightmare which was my move, right. They suck as a company. Move on and find someone else. Wish workers worked for a better company. Poor guys!!!
