This is a beautiful book, compiled by the leading Scottish artist Bruce Killeen, well balanced with insightful text and many illustrations. It tells the inspiring story of how Julia Wroughton, one of Scotland's highly respected artists, set up the foremost school in Scotland for amateur painters at Inniemore, near Pennyghael on the Isle of Mull. I thoroughly recommend this book. The book was designed by David Maclean, a notable designer and bibliophile.
