To be honest, I've been a fan of WWE games since the age of 7. WWE has always been apart of my life for the longest and till this day, I still can't enough of it. But after WWE 2K20, my interest for wrestling games slowly started to drain and sink deeper into boringness. From the quick and boring modes to the terrible graphics and physics, 2K20 was the not the worst game that represented the wrestling company, but it was pretty trash. Don't get me wrong, I still played it, but most of those times I was bored and uninterested because I had already finished the disaster that we called Career Mode, did every match possible and tried dream matches. The only thing keeping me from not playing the game was Universe Mode, the creations for the superstars and Community Creations. And after that was the terrible and vile trash we call WWE 2K Battlegrounds. Battlegrounds is basically a modern rip-off of WWE All Stars and did not live up to the expectations. Even years later, people still play WWE All-Stars because they actually perfected the concept of a cartoon-ish, unrealistic (but fun), arcade game.
But after seeing the insight of the creation buildup for the WWE 2K22 game, it has a lot of improvement and more detail to the game, even if we only have a short clip to show for it. I hope that 2K has learned from the backlash that 2K20 received and can take this to make 2K22 one of the best, if not the best WWE game known to man.
