Eminently readable. Anyone in need of resources for helping to deal with mental illness has a treasure trove in this book. Everyone else gets a birds eye tour of life for those with mental illness and the people they love.
The very least one takes away is recognition of how pervasive and invasive mental illness is. I personally have even greater awe of the
author and anyone whose life is touched by mental illness.
