If you want to learn to write a play, you won't find anything in this book that isn't essentially common knowledge or, at the very least, something you could find on wikiHow. It is basic writing advice interspersed with unhelpful examples from a handful of plays, all written with the unpleasant half-humor of middle school substitute teachers. I'm begging you not to waste your time and money.
