i listened to this when i was 22 years old, i am 23 now. In the span of 1 year since listening to this book, I have made significant positive changes in my life. The book itself is extraordinary, as you have a front row seat of witnessing a regular human-being battle and claw his way through life's hardships. No one in this flawed world is perfect, David Goggins is not perfect, but he is one tough S.O.B. Seeing the situations that DG had to face in the book and never giving up, to fight a never-ending battle every single day, makes me proud to be a human-being. Makes me feel like if he can do it, I can too. This book is well worth the read or listen.
