What a perfect mix of Carlin’s personal life and his comedy this doc is! Equal parts of enlightenment and humor, it reflects the very essence of who Carlin was to his audience. Having had the pleasure of seeing him perform in person twice, it was quite nostalgic to see parts of those shows again. It was a bonus to hear how he influenced other comedy greats from their own lips. All thumbs up for a great ride!
