I loved the first movie, this one was mehh. There is nothing similar between the two and I felt the plot really dragged on and it was very redundant but I thought this one had really good jump scares and quite a few of them too. One thing that really bothered me is that the actor for Mia was always smiling, like her dad just got killed? Smiling. She is running from a killer shark and is almost out of oxygen? Smiling. That really bugged me.
