The year is 2021... I have heard about the show for many years and I finally decided to start watching it. the first couple of episodes I didn't think I was going to like it because it seemed kind of slow and boring. as time went on and the characters built up biography the show definitely started getting interesting. it's a great humbling experience to see how it was in the workplace back in the 60s. women were treated unfairly and business Moguls literally did what they want. this show does such a great job of capturing that time in history even the cinematography made you feel like you're watching the old TV show. during the show it starts to include history events like the Cold war, Vietnam, JFK. by the time you hit season 2 you're starting to enjoy the show much more because every character has his/her place. the most capturing part of the show is the dialogue, most shows with amazing awards and actors and actresses usually have extreme twist and turns but this show does not. but this show captures is each individual's personality and their struggles in the workplace and home life. what makes this show amazing is the dialogue between each characters and to watch them grow separate individuals. even though I'm only on season 3 I wrote this review because this has become one of my favorite shows and I still have many seasons to go. I'm sure when I get to the end I will update this to see how I feel. so far this show is absolutely amazing and will go down as one of my favorites.
