Staying for the St Paddy's day weekend in a jacuzzi suite and the ceiling has been leaking since we checked in. Seemed to be fixed yesterday but started up again today. Guessing its because we're below the pool. Told the front desk and they did send maintenance up yesterday but was leaking again this afternoon and called before going out but still leaking when we just came back in. Went down to the front desk and the woman said "well I guess they're not doing their job upstairs" and "can't you just put a trash can under it". Really right at the end of the hallway? Top that off the TV in the living area is fuzzy and they moved the cord so its somewhat better but were told there's nothing more they can do because its the connection. Can't watch it, it's too distorted. I don't think we're being unreasonable asking that these be resolved but I guess they just don't care. Sad but we won't be back.
