This was one of the most horrific, traumatizing, suicidal movie I ever seen in my life. My dad thought it was pretty cool but I thought it was pretty freaky, the story was mysterious, weird, and unsettling. All the jump scares and the demon’s victims killing themselves gave me the heebie-jeebies and a chill down my spine. What is really scary is every victim the demon possesses, they die with a sinister, unpleasant wide smile on their face. The movie begin with the death of a girl named Laura as she explains to the psychiatrist Dr. Rose that she saw her professor die and also seeing something no one can see except for her, it’s smiling at her. After ranting about being followed by the demonic entity that wear the faces of other people, and pleading to Dr. Rose she’s not crazy, she suffers a severe panic attack and insists that the entity is in the room with them the demon torments her with a series of wicked illusions and malicious tricks then the demon possesses Laura’s body by crawling into her mouth. As Dr. Rose calls the security staff, she notices a smiling Laura slice her face and then her own throat with a shard of broken pottery. Laura falls to the ground and dies while her corpse is still smiling, as Dr. Rose watches in horror. Another scene that was scary was when Dr. Rose is being haunted by the smiling entity the demon possesses another victim telling her she’s is going to die. The movie ends when the entity shape-shifts into Dr. Rose’s deceased mother and confront Dr. Rose then reveals its true form by ripping off its own face. Frightened to the point of catatonia Dr. Rose collapses whereupon the demon crawls into her mouth and takes over her body completely. Detective Joel breaks through the door of the house but is forced to watch Dr. Rose cover herself in Kerosene and self-immolates herself, smiling even as she burns. I predicted Detective Joel will eventually fall victim to the Entity’s curse, killing himself and passing the demon on to another. I’m not watching this movie ever again not in a million years, No Way!!! I also had nightmares about that movie but it’s over now, overall this movie is not my cup of tea.

My dad was freaked out by this movie because usually nothing this crazy would happen inside your home. I sure think it was pretty scary that Diane drugged Chloe into think she was her mom but really she was taken away from her real parents, Diane was total psycho throughout the whole movie. Overall, a movie me and dad do not wanna watch again otherwise we’re going to have nightmares.

Blue Beetle was awesome! The story fit Jaime Reyes perfectly as he discover The Scarab Khaji Da and takes on the Blue Beetle persona. After Ted Kord’s disappearance Jenny Kord Ted Kord’s daughter came into conflict with her aunt Victoria Kord the nefarious CEO of Kord Industries and Ted Kord’s sister about want The Scarab Khaji Da for herself so Jenny stole The Scarab and gave it to Jaime to protect. Khaji Da then jumped onto Jaime’s face and fused into his back transforming him into Blue Beetle. Victoria Kord also worked with Ignacio codename Carapax to find Khaji Da. The saddest part of the movie was when Jaime’s father sadly dies from a heart attack. The final battle was awesome and emotional. My favorite part was when Jaime creates The Buster Sword and Khaji Da said “Ooo, nice choice.” When Carapax seemingly killed Rudy Jaime’s uncle Jaime just went nuts and blasted Carapax then tackles him to the ground and said “No! We’re not done!” Jaime punches Carapax uncontrollably and disarmed Carapax. Khaji Da said “Jaime, threat disarmed. You’re losing control.” Jaime yelled “You think you can beat me? Huh? You should’ve finished me when you had the chance! (Jaime rips off Carapax’s Mask.) Khaji Da said “O.M.A.C, neutralized. Recommend to disengage.” Jaime creates a sword and tries to kill Carapax but Khaji Da stops him Jaime asked Khaji Da “What are you doing?” Khaji Da said “We’re not killers Jaime. Let him go.” Jaime asked Khaji “ What about Dad? What about Rudy?” Khaji Da said “During the transfer, I unlocked his memories. Let me show you.” After Khaji Da reveals Jaime Ignacio’s memories she asked Jaime “Do you understand now?” Jaime spares Ignacio’s life. Ignacio then maxes out the Carapax Suit and heard his mother telling him to come home. Ignacio held a locket with picture of him and his mother and drags Victoria Kord with him. Ignacio said “Sacrifices must be made for the greater good.” Ignacio then dies in a huge explosion along with Victoria Kord. The end credits reveal Ted Kord is alive. Overall great movie to a great superhero.
