Just finished this game maybe a week ago. In my humble opinion I do believe it encompasses the best spiderman story to date. It is better than anything that Hollywood has put out. The story is engaging from start to finish. It's not that the story really offers anything new to the franchise. It's just so well done. The game play is fun. An swinging through the city made me really feel like spiderman. The only thing that keeps me from giving this game 5 stars is that after the first 3 hours you have really seen all the game has to offer in terms of game play mechanics. It's still fun if a bit repative. Insomniac spiderman is a definite must play and shouldnt be missed!

Just finished the game and absolutely loved it. It was a blast from start to finish. The combat was nice and tight , while being delightfully violent. Makes you at times really feel like a rampaging God. The puzzles where enough to be entertaining without becoming frustrating. My favorite part of the whole thing would have to be the story. It is superb. Kratos growth as a man and now a father makes for really good entertainment . The only issue I have with this game is the variety of the enemy types. I really feel like the game studio became lazy on this part. A minor issue that really doesn't take much away from how entertaining the combined experience is of this game. It is a definite must play and shouldn't be missed by any game enthusiasts.
