We can't get enough of this show. Yes, it's sugar-sweet, lily-white, and Disneyesque to the max. What do you expect from Hallmark? And what's wrong with a little escapism, especially in 2020? [We have only just finished the 1st season.] OTOH, there's magic in the message. People resolve real problems without resorting to violence or even anger. Some of the twists and turns are quite clever. It's entertaining and the underlying message of holism is subtle but firm without being preachy. Like I said, we can't get enough of Good Witch and were delighted to see there are 7 (!) made-for-TV movies as well. Clearly, SOMEBODY likes Good Witch.
