Adel Sarnoff – Google

I have been hooked since the 1st show and have stayed hooked every episode since. I love history and I love the heart & soul of the show, the meaning of love and devotion to one's country, family and soulmate. I get all three in this series, with sometimes very heartbreaking realities to deal with; such as Jaime & Claire's long separation, Jaime's rape, the many disappointments they had to endure along the way, the death of many characters I grew to like and some I hated. I also love the support of strong female characters & not sterilizing what life must have been like going back in time. I definitely have developed a love of Scotland and it is a must for me to visit before I depart this world. I also have followed Caitriona and Sam in their real lives and have so much respect for the lives they have chosen to live, giving so much back to the world in which we live. Can't wait for each new episode this season and know I will probably watch them over again and again as I have the past 4 seasons.

I loved it, but was sad about the ending. Hyun Bin is like a chameleon in every role he takes on & remarkably becomes the character with all its nuances that the role demands. He is a brilliant actor. Equally as mesmerizing in her performance was Tang Wei, who won the equivalent of an Academy Award for her performance in this film. Hyun Bin had to speak English almost entirely throughout this film, which was a huge risk for him as it is not a language he had a command of, but this risk paid off. It was very difficult purchasing this disc for use in the USA and I am so happy that I was relentlessly diligent in taking a lot of time to finally obtain a copy that could be played in the USA.
