Before anything, I did hear about this book and knew the synopsis of it. But just awful, I couldn’t get through it especially the part when he sees Dolores for the first time. I just couldn’t force myself to go through this whole book. This is PEDOPHILIA and the idea of people calling them “lovers” and “love” is so sick to me, just plain sick (y’all need help, serious help if you think this is okay or think it’s a “love story”). This is not “love” or a “love story” it’s a story of child abuse, a story of a pedo grooming a child for his own benefit. Just plain disgusting. I do not care if it’s well written, no, still disgusting. If anyone is thinking of reading this book and is sensitive to child abuse or sexual abuse. Please save yourselves the torture of reading this.
